to the translated document, which states that it is a true and accurate translation,
to the best of my knowledge.
The letter is signed and stamped with a raised notary seal by a Notary public
or with a Consul seal by a Consul of Russian Federation in Hawaii.
This certification ensures that the document is a valid translation
and may be used for legal purposes.
The rates differ significantly depending on various factors involved
in the translation or interpretation process.
